Easy day today.  Feeling more recovered.  No run.  Quick gym workout.

Did 5 sets of 20 push ups and sit ups.

Did my full stretching routine.

It works out well because I can do a set, do a stretch, do another stretch, etc.

Nice continuous flow.

Knee still sore.
