Happy Friday!  Coach gave me a killer Tabatta workout today.  I did it but it was crazy hard.  A series of 20 second hard effort, 10 second recovery for about 40 minutes.  The people in the gym must have thought I was having some sort of fit.

First part was on the bike trainer and then a series of weights, and free-form core.  Shattered.

Went over to the Bull Run with my wife for a get together with my running club. Good to see everyone.  True story – from the Townie Files – my wife and I had our wedding reception there in 1985.  Yikes.

Feel pretty good but I’m going to be sore from that sucker!

No long run this weekend.  Will do an easy 1:15 in the morning with my chores.

Will probably be back in the dark place next week!

Hope I’m recovered enough to take advantage of it.
