5.24 miles, Overcast and misty – 60 degrees
Saturday. Tried to sleep in a little. Dog woke me up at 5:00. I got up and let him out. Once I got up my own system kicked into gear and it took a few minutes to get back into bed. Managed to roll around until 7:00ish.
Good sleeping weather when it’s this cool. Rained buckets last night.
Going to rain later today but it is just low clouds, dark and grey.
Didn’t go right out. Had breakfast. Futzed around on the interwebs . Killed a few zombies.
Finally headed out after 9:00 AM into the trails. Left Buddy at home. He needed the time off. Now he’s unhappy and hyper.
Legs felt – fine did the full pond loop. Trails are soft from the rain but not horrible. Wore the trail Mizunos.
Brought my phone so I could listen to the podcast that I published last night. Came out acceptably well. I always try to listen through my shows just to make sure they sound reasonable from the ‘user’ point of view.
Got enough to keep me busy today. Will try to do some weeding before it starts raining again.
Was going to wash my car and my motorcycle, but with the rain…
