30 Day Diet Reboot Day 28

January 28, 2018, 178.2 pounds.

Had a good weekend.  Got three workouts in three days for some good volume and that really makes the needle move.

I just feel great.  I can feel the lighter weight and the clean eating.  I feel leaner when I’m doing anything.  I don’t have any injuries and I’m recovering well.

Last night I went to a guy’s poker game and brought a big bag of cut veggies with me.  I noshed on those during the game. I did drink a couple Founders Breakfast Stout, but I’m thinking those are more food than beer, right? 😊

Point is I have been managing social situations, so they don’t blow up my routine.

I got up this morning and ran the Derry 16 Miler, which is a very hilly, difficult race.  We got great running weather – mid-40’s – and I felt great.

Eat clean.  It works.
