Make sure you are subscribed to the correct RunRunLive 4.0 feed.  If you don’t you won’t get new shows.

iTunes:

Search in the iTunes store for RunRunLive or Chris Russell.  Two shows will be listed with the same name. subscribe to the one that has the most recent updates.  Delete the one that isn’t updating.

Either search the same way or manually add the URL directly to the source in Libsyn
