Outro-

That’s it – another compelling and topical episode of the RunRunLive Podcast in-the-bag!  We have played out our string, our golden string.  Special thanks to Russell James from Queensland for the intro today…(And I’ve been to Australia so I realize that’s an triathlon outfit you’re wearing in your twitter avatar, not women’s underwear).  Just kidding mate – love Aussies.  Hope you’re enjoying winter.

I want more people with interesting accents and even other languages to read the intro for us.  A big part of our mission at RunRunLive, and I use mission fairly loosely, is to connect runners so that we can support each other and build our community for everyone’s benefit.  So send me an audio or call-in and record on the call in line.  The script and the number are all on the website at runrunlive.com

I managed to get a few runs in this week, but I have to remind myself not to do too much too fast because we all know where that leads!

Wait – before I go any further I’ve got an important announcement! “The Dingoes ate my baby!”  Did you think I was going to make it through the show without saying that?

I’ve got to make some calls – but I think as part of the Sponsorship deal our Ragnar Twitter team made I’m going to be able to get a technology guy from Brooks on to talk about shoes.  I’m still hunting some other folks – we’ll try to keep the interesting folks coming… Let me know if there is something or someone you want me to chase down.  Think I could get Matt Damon?

As you get into the deep sticky parts of your training schedules don’t get overwhelmed.  Take it one day at a time.  Trust your plan.  Everything is going to be ok.

Going to wrap it up now so I can ride my motorcycle home and take Buddy for a run.

What you hear next will be the call of the Kookaburra – an Aussie native that makes sleeping in impossible.

And then – as previously threatened I have a great Punk version of Waltzing Matilda to take you out by The Mighty Pikeys.  So throw a dumbuck in your tucker bag and I’ll see you out there.
