Hi folks – Chris here…some quick how-to’s around this forum module.

The hierarchy is Group->Forum->Thread->Reply…

Only I can add a new group or a new forum.  Once you are registered you get to add threads and replies within forums.  I have to make you register to control the SPAMBOTS.   Try to give me a little info about you so I can guess as to if you are trustworthy or not. 

I have set them up as public/moderated – this means that anyone can view them, but you have to register to post and the first time you post it will need moderator approval.

I’m going to try to make a determination whether or not you can be trusted at that point and once you are approved as a ‘trusted’ user you can post without my intervention.  Give me a little leeway – I have several full time jobs and a family!

If anyone wants to volunteer to moderate a discussion that can be discussed.

Initially I’m going to disable the attaching of files; this is a potential virus risk for the site.   But I have enabled HTML posting – so I would recommend you post your video/audio on one of the fine hosting sites available, (runcast.tv or Youtube) and put the link in your post for us.

Don't use dirty words - there's no need.  Don't be hostile or insulting - insults are the last resort of the feeble minded. Don't advertise or spam.

The search engines and the web get to see and index anything you write here normal internet centent considerations apply.
