Hello my friends and welcome to the 47^th edition of the RunRunLive Podcast.  This is Chris your host and today I have a fun interview with our mutual friend Shawn the older brother, the elder brother, from Trilogy Running.  He’s developed a classic case of Runner’s Knee from over-training.
